Brian leads the healthcare division at Leith, Lumanity’s creative communications agency. He oversees Leith’s work with clients in public health, the pharmaceutical sector, and wellbeing. He leads the strategy and project management of multichannel communications campaigns at an international and local level to bring about positive change with fresh creative thinking. He works with a wide range of audiences including patients, healthcare professionals and policy makers.
Brian started out at research agency Millward Brown, grounding his career in an appreciation of effective insight. Prior to Leith, Brian worked for the Scottish Government, financial services company Barclays and energy brand E.ON. Brian, therefore, has a nuanced understanding of client needs and contexts.
Brian has an MA in History and Politics from Glasgow University and an MSc in Marketing from the University of Strathclyde. He is currently a Council Member of the Advertising Association and the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising. He is Co-Chair of the Scottish Government Creative Industries Leadership Group with the Minister for Culture, Europe and International Development.
