Senior Strategist, Leith, A Lumanity Business

Greg is a member of the Lumanity Patient Centre of Excellence, with a particular interest in behavioral science and how this can be used to improve patient experiences and outcomes.

Greg joined Leith, a Lumanity business, at the start of 2023, working in the health team. He is focused on gaining a deep understanding of audiences and using this insight to ensure the overall effectiveness of behavior change activity.

He has a wealth of experience working within the healthcare sector having worked in strategy and insight at the British Medical Association, gaining deep insights into the behaviors of doctors and medical students and how this relates to the patient journey and patient perspective. He has extensive experience in research methodology and its practical application, establishing an advisory panel to shape thinking and guidance for the medical community in such areas as medical ethics. He also has wide ranging experience gained in the pharmaceutical sector, working for GlaxoSmithKline in commercial education, working directly with pharmacists to develop programs to support patient interventions such as smoking cessation.

Greg has a BA in Business Administration and post-grad qualification from the Market Research Society together with a diploma in OTC healthcare.
