Mr Schultz is an Operating Partner of Arsenal for the healthcare team. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2024, he was Chief Executive Officer of Cytel, an industry leader in advanced analytics for the life sciences industry. Over a five-year period leading Cytel, he was responsible for transforming a well-regarded statistical software and consulting firm into a fully scaled analytics company. Prior to Cytel, Mr Schultz was Senior Vice President at PAREXEL International, overseeing various groups over a 13-year tenure. He also served as Co-Founder and Vice President of Corporate Development for Veritas Medicine.
