
Julie joined Lumanity in 2022 following the acquisition of Endpoint Outcomes. As a Director within the Patient-Centered Outcomes group, Julie provides senior leadership in the design, collection, analysis and reporting of patient-level qualitative data to achieve research objectives, including but not limited to the selection, development, modification, or validation of clinical outcome assessments (COAs) and the capture of patients’ treatment experiences through embedded clinical trial interviews.
Julie has 12 years of qualitative research experience, including 9 years in patient-centered outcomes research specifically. Her experience includes collecting and analyzing patient-level data, literature and COA reviews, providing recommendations for patient-reported outcome (PRO) development and COA strategy, preparation of FDA dossiers and other materials for regulatory support and manuscript development. Julie has worked in a variety of therapeutic areas including aesthetics/dermatology, women’s health, ophthalmology, migraine and rare diseases.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Science in Human Culture from Northwestern University as well as a Master in Public Health degree from Boston University. Julie also completed the Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and related Disabilities (LEND) Fellowship at the E.K. Shriver Center at UMASS Medical School.
