Kristen oversees the group of client services team members aligned to Medical and Scientific Communications clients. As a leader of the Client Solutions department, she is responsible for strategic oversight and day-to-day leadership of the group to provide exceptional client service.
As part of her role, Kristen directs global and US, multi-year, medical affairs publication plans across different stages of the product life cycle. With over 20 years’ experience in scientific and medical communications and publications, Kristen ensures client collaboration, strategic direction, and tactical implementation guidance to ensure projects are consistently executed on-time and on-budget.
She has multi-faceted, global and US publications account experience across a variety of therapeutic areas, including oncology, vaccines, infectious disease, CNS, diabetes, cardiovascular, and respiratory. Her career started in medical and scientific publishing, before moving into industry where she supported clinical publications at AstraZeneca for 9 years, before moving to the agency side in 2017. She joined Lumanity in 2022.
Kristen has BA in English from The College of New Jersey and is CMPP™ and BELS certified.
