Nancy leads Lumanity's team of highly skilled market access, health policy, pricing and contracting, and primary market research consultants. Working collaboratively with Lumanity’s global HEOR capabilities, the combined team has deep expertise helping clients work through the intricacies of the Inflation Reduction Act as it relates to Medicare Price Negotiation and Part D Redesign. As a senior healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience, Nancy has provided strategic advisory services to numerous organizations to help them achieve goals related to providing patients with access to innovative, lifesaving and prolonging, products and services. She has specific subject matter expertise in market access and patient access solutions, health policy, payers, and global public health.

Examples of Nancy’s advisory experience include: serving as Executive Vice President at Avalere Health, a leading healthcare advisory firm with a diverse range of clients spanning Fortune 500 companies, medical foundations, government agencies, advocacy and patient groups, and others with a vested stake in the healthcare system. Nancy led Avalere’s advisory staff from the federal government, top consultancies, healthcare companies, and nonprofits. Before joining Avalere, Nancy held various positions at Castlight Health, a B2B HealthTech company; Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, a leading nationwide law firm focused on healthcare; and she also served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Lash Group at AmerisourceBergen Corporation, an industry leader in market access consulting and patient support programs. She began her consulting career at The Lewin Group, a nationally recognized healthcare consulting firm. Prior to joining Lumanity, Nancy was a part of Heidrick & Struggles Global Healthcare and Life Sciences practice where she worked with pharma and biotech companies to create executive teams that allow leaders to grow and demonstrate their unique talents.

Nancy earned her BA from the University of California, Davis; Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law; MPH from Columbia University, Mailman School of Public Health; and Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, Gillings School of Global Public Health.

Nancy serves on the board of Patient Access Network Foundation, is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the MPH program at UNC Chapel Hill, and is an Industry Leader in the field of market access for Stanford University’s Byers Center for Biodesign.
