As the Senior Director and Operational Lead for the Evidence Review & Synthesis team for over 9 years, Ankush is responsible for ensuring the technical quality of projects, resourcing within the literature reviews, project efficiency, proposal scoping, and the accuracy of the Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) team’s systematic literature reviews. He leads a team of systematic reviewers to support health technology assessment (HTA) submissions in markets globally.
Ankush spent a significant portion of his early career at Parexel where he gained skills in proposal writing, protocols, search strategies, screening evidence, data extraction, and quality control for various types of literature reviews including clinical efficacy, epidemiology, treatment landscape, economic, and quality-of-life reviews, and other HTA and non-HTA standard literature reviews.
Ankush also possesses strong writing skills and has authored various manuscripts published in peer-reviewed journals and co-authored various conference research abstracts.
Ankush has a special interest in oncology with considerable experience in non-small-cell lung cancer, prostate cancer, hematology, breast cancer, and renal cancer. He has also supported other non-oncology and rare indications such as heart failure, hypertension, infectious diseases, and mental health diseases.
Before joining the Evidence Review & Synthesis team at Lumanity, he worked extensively in supporting Novartis, IQVIA, and Parexel for almost 8 years.
Ankush holds a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Delhi.
