Jeff joined Lumanity in 2022 and has experience as a senior health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) leader in the pharmaceutical industry at Allergan and Glaxo, where he was responsible for developing global HEOR and field-based US-payer facing teams. Jeff served as Chair of the Format Executive Committee for the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy (AMCP); he led the development of the AMCP Format for Formulary Submissions 4.0, which provides a framework for communicating value evidence between manufacturers and population health decision-makers. He also led the development of fellowship training guidelines in pharmacoeconomics for the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) and was elected as an ACCP Fellow in 2003. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Tennessee and subsequently completed a postgraduate fellowship in Pharmacoeconomics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Most recently, Jeff served as Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Lipscomb University College of Pharmacy, where he led curricular and training opportunities specific to HEOR.
At Lumanity, Jeff leads our HEOR consulting team for North America. The team includes HEOR professionals focused on supporting our clients by providing strategic HEOR support and execution in a range of areas, from full US payer launch support to the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review (ICER)-readiness and engagement activities, all with a focus on carefully translating complex value evidence to support relevant, evidence-framed conversations with US population healthcare decision-makers.
