
For more than two decades, Margaret has applied her deep expertise in patient-centered outcomes (PCO), real-world evidence, HEOR, and market access to support leading biopharmaceutical companies across a wide range of disease areas and commercial challenges. She has a strong track record of building high-performing teams, driving growth, and enhancing the strategic differentiation of the organizations she leads. In her role at Lumanity, Margaret brings that experience to bear as the global practice leader for the Value, Access & Outcomes practice, helping clients navigate the full complexity of today's market access environment.
Before Lumanity, Margaret served as CEO of Biologics Consulting Group, where she led a comprehensive transformation of the business. Prior to that, she was SVP and General Manager for the Evidera Advisory Business Unit within the PPD clinical research business of Thermo Fisher Scientific, leading a team of approximately 700 professionals across product development and regulatory consulting, real-world evidence, data and analytics, HEOR, market access, patient-centered research, medical writing, and healthcare communications. Her career in patient-centered outcomes began at Evidera - an experience that grounded her in the science and strategy of patient-reported outcomes instrument development and validation, a field in which she has more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and presentations.
Margaret brings global experience and perspectives leading businesses having lived and worked in the US and UK, and having had experience overseeing large teams across North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
Margaret holds a BS in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology from the University of Illinois and a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Penn State University. She is based in the Washington, DC area.
