As the Head of Workflow at Lumanity, Marissa stewards the team’s operations to ensure they are poised to support clients initiatives—for themselves, for their sales teams, for their customers, and, ultimately, for the patients who benefit from our products. Most often, she is called upon to directly support clients with complex internal and external situations. Marissa also serves as the team’s internal subject matter expert in learning and training.
Marissa’s professional background is diverse and built from various agency and industry perspectives, including time spent carrying the bag as a primary care representative. This experience has allowed her to connect the dots in the many different aspects of commercialization.
Marissa’s career is steeped in categories with high educational need, which has mostly been centered in rare disease, oncology, and medical devices. She have been involved in sales training programs (launch and advanced skills), commercialization and customer experience strategy, patient education campaigns, and stakeholder engagement/integration planning and programs.
