Richard is the President of Leith, a Lumanity business, which is based in Scotland, consisting of over 130 staff working with a range of UK and global clients in a variety of sectors. Leith is a creative and digital agency, specializing in cut-through creativity that changes behavior and gets noticed.
Leith have a varied client list ranging from The Scottish Government and The Macallan to L’Oreal and The European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industry Association. The work conducted for these clients is split across Leith's 4 key capabilities: Advertising & Design; Digital Services; Healthcare; Experiential & Partnership.
Richard joined the Leith Agency in 2002 and became Managing Partner in 2006, driving rapid growth in billings and headcount during this time. Richard is also a Fellow of The Marketing Society and a Bachelor in Commerce from Edinburgh University.
