As Chief People Officer at Lumanity, Wendy brings 25 years of international Human Resources (HR) leadership experience, with deep expertise in organizational development, transformation, and people strategy. She has held senior HR roles across financial services, healthcare, and professional services, including as European Head of HR at Cello Health prior to its acquisition by Lumanity, and has been Chief People Officer since July 2025.
A strategic and commercially focused people leader, Wendy partners closely with senior leaders to build high-performing organizations and align talent, culture, and organizational capability with business priorities. She brings particular expertise in organizational transformation, M&A, and post-merger integration, having worked on both sides of acquisitions and led the integration of teams, cultures and operating models. Her experience spans talent strategy and retention, leadership development, organizational design, employee engagement, and change management.
Wendy holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources, specializing in Organizational Psychology, from Westminster Business School, in London, UK.
