She brings a proven track record of guiding biopharma leaders through high stakes strategic decisions, with a focus on turning complex challenges into clear, actionable paths forward.

Jess Berard is a senior-level life sciences consultant with more than a decade of experience advising biopharmaceutical and biotechnology companies on their most critical strategic and commercial decisions. She specializes in therapeutic area, portfolio, and asset strategies, with deep expertise in immunology, neurology, and cardiovascular disease. Ms. Berard is known for delivering strong strategic perspectives, anticipating industry shifts, and helping clients shape change in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. She holds a PhD in Medicine from McGill University and a Neurology Fellowship from Columbia University.
