Propel Program Highlights
- Experience Lumanity’s approach to strategy consulting by participating in a project simulation with consultants in our Boston office.
- Network with Lumanity alumni and current members of the firm across all levels, including our leadership team.
- Enjoy social activities with our team as well as other advanced degree candidates.
- Successful participants may be considered for full-time roles beginning in 2027.
What We’re Looking For
Lumanity values intellectually curious, highly analytical, team-oriented contributors. We love rolling up our sleeves and helping life sciences companies address their most important strategic challenges.
Candidates must have expertise in any area of life sciences, medicine, or other areas of quantitative research.
All costs associated with the Propel program will be covered or reimbursed for participants. Applicants must be able to attend the entire event.
The Propel program is open to the following candidates:
- Current doctoral candidates (including PhD, MD, and PharmD candidates), postdoctoral researchers, residents, and fellows with a focus on any aspect of life sciences, medicine, or other areas of quantitative research.
- Current doctoral students must be completing their degree programs by Summer 2027.
- Applicants must be able to attend the entirety of Propel (May 11 – 13, 2026).
