Stripe Communications, a PR, social, content, and influencer agency, and part of Lumanity, has been named a finalist in the 2023 Herald & GenAnalytics Diversity Awards.
Achieving diversity and inclusion in the Scottish workplace involves addressing several key challenges, including ensuring diverse representation through inclusive recruitment practices, combating unconscious biases, fostering an inclusive culture that values and supports all employees, promoting gender equality and equal pay, and enhancing accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
The Herald & GenAnalytics Diversity Awards are now in their 8th year and continue their commitment to celebrate the great progress made across all sectors of Scotland’s economy in addressing these challenges and creating equitable and inclusive work environments. These awards create a platform to acknowledge the outstanding work taking place across Scotland.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on October 12 in Glasgow.
