We would like to congratulate Clare Eason, Global Head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), who has been listed as one of Ragan’s Top Women in Wellness and HR among a strong cohort of other inspiring figures from a range of industries.
This well-deserved award is a recognition of Clare’s tireless drive to push Lumanity’s CSR goals forward. Clare pursues opportunities and seeks partners for Lumanity that support local, regional and global communities and causes in Lumanity’s three CSR pillars: employee wellbeing, sustainability, and giving back.
In 2022, among Clare’s achievements for Lumanity’s CSR team was a slate of mental health initiatives, including mental health awareness training for managers, and an internal fundraising campaign for Ukraine relief efforts. She is also instrumental in Lumanity’s target of achieving carbon neutrality in 2023.
