Corporate social responsibility isn’t just about what we stand for, but what we stand up for. It is a priority area for us and we have a bold ambition to demonstrate the importance of being socially responsible for our people and planet.

Wellbeing

We value your wellbeing and understand that supporting wellbeing at work is not enough, which is why we created our Health Evolution Program. This program engages our employees and experts to help build solutions and support that enables everyone to thrive in all areas of their lives.

Sustainability

As of May 2023, we are proud to say that Lumanity is a certified CarbonNeutral® company. Our sustainability efforts include raising awareness, commitment, and support to enable everyone to be kinder to our planet and drive action and change. We host a range of campaigns and initiatives, including our annual Green Week. Lumanity continually works on how we can mitigate the triple climate emergency and work together to actively support the UN Decade of Restoration.

Giving Back

Across all our businesses, we are giving back to our communities. Community is at the heart of our CSR philosophy and enables our employees to support global campaigns, as well as Give Where you Live programs to provide local support. This year we are launching Employee Volunteering Programs and employees are encouraged to highlight campaigns that matter to them. Our engaged and collaborative community works to deliver a calendar of fundraising promotions and events, including our Charity Credit Program.
