Our Presenters

Susan Daniels is Vice President, Patient Strategy and Engagement for Lumanity. In this position she supports innovation, strategy and delivery of programs and services focused on healthcare consumers, patients and their support networks. She works closely with clients to help assess and action the integration of the patient voice across their medicine development pathway. As a member of the Lumanity Patient Centre of Excellence, she leads the Lumanity Patient Council, a group of international patient experts who support the business and our clients with strategic and practical advice. Her responsibilities also include helping to develop the cross-functional specialist competency and capacity for patient specific services for Lumanity, raising the internal and external profile of patient engagement, to address an increasingly important client need across the industry.
