Our new European headquarters opened in early 2023. We designed the new space centered on the theme of collaboration and seamless transition between home and office for our hybrid team.
The space has been brought to life by a design full of natural light, with large, bright windows and purposeful plant life to bring the outside in. The open floorplan intentionally creates opportunities for collaboration and communication around the office.
Amenities in the office focus on employee wellbeing: quiet spaces, music areas for creativity, a wellness room, bike storage and showers, soft seating, and a large breakout area. There is an outside balcony to take in the views of central London or grab some fresh air during the day.
Office meeting rooms allow seamless connectivity through integrated technology, plus the addition of multiple phone booths allow for flexibility across the day while in the office. Taking into account that an employee’s ideal place to work can change from day to day, we’ve opted for hot-desk seating options and communal spaces in the open office.
Our office is strategically located in the bustling hub of Southwark, which has easy access for train, tube and bus links, and many local amenities. There are a number of restaurants, green spaces, and entertainment spots surrounding the office, and a lot of history in the surrounding area. Charles Dickens, renowned 19th century author, lived at one time around the corner on Lant Street, and the borough of Southwark inspired the locations of many of his works. This legacy can be seen in the neighborhood around the office, with Dorrit Street, Copperfield Street, Pickwick Street and two parks called Little Dorrit Park and Dickens Fields nearby.
