Lumanity was invited to attend the ceremony, and the team were proud to be announced as finalists this past November.
The success of the IT team has been pivotal to the success of Lumanity itself. Over the last three years, we have undergone significant transformation – bringing together 25 business units from nine companies. Our IT team – centralized since early 2022 – rose to the challenge of implementing a global IT infrastructure by providing agile solutions while listening to teams’ and employees’ needs. The successful connecting up of our practices has allowed for effective collaboration and communication across all our teams and ensures that every employee at Lumanity experiences the same, aligned service from the team.
We’re extremely proud of our IT team, who have achieved remarkable success supporting our growing company throughout a once-in-a-lifetime worldwide pandemic, where they needed to accommodate both remote and hybrid work. The IT team – who are rooted in their shared values of equality, transparency, opportunity, and wellbeing – received almost perfect employee satisfaction scores as they supported significant transitions, centralizations, and system integrations.
With deep and growing capabilities, the team aims to continue building upon their success as they support Lumanity’s growth in the coming years, delivering value to employees, senior management and, most importantly, clients to enhance patient outcomes.
