I began my consulting career with Lumanity in 2019 as a summer associate. During my interview process, I could tell that the culture was positive and built on a structure of continual learning. I am now a senior consultant and have
expanded my knowledge on the nuances of the life science industry and the complexities around successfully commercializing bio-pharmaceutical medicines. I’ve been fortunate enough to work on a phenomenal team during my three years with mentors who have supported my professional development.
Beyond my project work, I’ve also been able to see how my contributions impact the growth of the company through internal initiatives. I co-led our 2021 summer internship program, developing trainings and social activities to help interns get the most out of their summers. Watching the interns immerse themselves in our work, meet the members of the firm, and receive their offers was a proud experience for me. Most recently, I have continued
my efforts in expanding our strategy consulting team as a recruitment lead, revamping the interview process, trainings, and planning our in-person engagement approach on college campuses.
The values that resonate with me most are collaboration and honesty. Our culture promotes authenticity, which results in genuine collaboration amongst peers. This transparency and alignment of passion inadvertently bleeds into our casework. We have created an environment that enables strong relationships and mutual understanding that makes work both effective and fulfilling.
