Since beginning my career as a strategic consultant, my professional growth has been immense. I’ve been fortunate to work on a diverse range of projects, giving me broad exposure to various areas and frameworks. My focus has primarily been on the commercial side, developing strategies and governance to guide product launches and positioning for our clients. Transforming insights into clear and actionable strategies that ultimately help patients gain better access to essential healthcare is incredibly fulfilling. Each day I am presented with new questions and challenges, and I thoroughly enjoy embracing the excitement of the unknown.
One of the most rewarding experiences so far has been being tasked with an ambiguous project. We had to think strategically with limited scope and initial direction, but it turned out to be a great opportunity for growth. Embracing the challenge, our team conceptualized the project, had significant input, and drafted the initial framework that led to a compelling conclusion.
Among the values upheld at Lumanity, the one that resonates most deeply with me is collaboration. Coming from a background where individual effort was often prioritized, it was refreshing to be part of a team that relies on each other’s expertise and perspectives to achieve success. Learning to align my work with different work styles of my teammates was initially challenging, but with my team, trust is the foundation of collaboration. Trust allows us to pressure-test our ideas and come up with the best solutions for our clients. It’s been an amazing journey so far, and I can confidently say that I see myself growing and thriving here for years to come.
