Lumanity Welcomes Jen Ma as Chief Operating Officer

Lumanity is pleased to announce that Jen Ma has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer (COO). 

Jen is an experienced leader with over 18 years of hands-on experience in developing operational policies, enhancing client delivery frameworks, and collaborating with business leaders to meet evolving business needs. She has extensive experience in global operations, process optimization, and resource management, and a proven track record of creating and implementing operational processes in diverse organizations with multiple business units.

Jen joins Lumanity from IPG Health, where she served as their Executive Vice President of Project Management, and has also held operational leadership roles at Sudler & Hennessey (WPP), W2O Group (Real Chemistry), and others.

As COO, Jen will work closely with leaders within each of our Global Practices to build strong performance and operational capabilities across the delivery organization. In her role, she will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and growth, including process optimization, technology innovation, performance scalability, resource management, and enhancing client delivery frameworks across global business units.
