Ms. Gruen will further strengthen Lumanity’s global strategy consulting team of over 250 consultants based in the US, UK, and EU, dedicated to helping clients engineer the breakthrough value of their assets and organizations that transform lives.

Shera Gruen is a seasoned biopharmaceutical executive with over 20 years of experience at Pfizer, where she held senior commercial leadership roles, most recently serving as Vice President of US and Global Vaccines. Throughout her career, she commercialized more than 15 products across various therapeutic areas, including vaccines, cardiovascular disease, and neuroscience. She brings deep expertise in brand and portfolio strategy, product launch, and market access, with a strong track record of driving business growth and organizational impact. Before joining Lumanity, Shera founded an independent life sciences consulting practice. She holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard University.
