For more than 20 years, Amber Gilbert has shared her deep managed markets expertise with leading biopharmaceutical companies, addressing a host of challenges across disease categories. She has developed successful pricing, access, and reimbursement strategies and programs and supported multiple product launches across specialty and chronic conditions. In her role as Global President of Market Access, Amber leads a growing team of talented professionals in the development of powerful insights, strategies, and tactics that support market access for clients’ brands.
Prior to Lumanity, Amber was managing director of Cyan Health, and held various roles at Ogilvy CommonHealth, including Chief Strategy Officer for the payer marketing division, and spent many years as a market access management consultant with Strategyx, LLC, an InVentiv Health company. Throughout her time with these organizations, she worked both domestically and internationally with products across the life cycle on engagements ranging from organizational alignment initiatives to product launch planning and creative customer engagement. These experiences have given Amber the value of deep perspective and a broad set of skills that can be deployed against her clients’ most pressing market access challenges.
Amber holds a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
