Dave Mills

As Head of Technology for Lumanity's Commercial Consulting team, Dave Mills leads our tech strategy and direction. He is responsible for the innovation and development of the Ignite™ suite of products and manages our team of talented developers.

Dave’s career spans 36 years across multiple sectors. Before he joined Lumanity (formerly IE) in early 2021, he acquired a wealth of experience working in various senior positions including IT Director, Chief Technology Officer, and Group Technical Architect.

His area of specialty is in strategic technology planning and how to blend new technology and learning into existing products. Dave says, “People are the driving force behind any tech strategy, so I place a great deal of emphasis on building and maintaining a strong culture within the tech team.”

Dave holds a master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Liverpool plus numerous tech-related qualifications.
