Duncan has been working in international healthcare market research since 1999 and specializes in quantitative research, particularly demand assessment and segmentation. He has worked at Cello Health Insight (now Lumanity) since 2016, where he jointly leads the quantitative division, known as IQ, a team of over 30 researchers, project managers and data scientists.
Duncan has experience of leading research in a wide range of therapy areas, including both general and specialty medicine, and works across human and animal health projects. He is specialist in advanced methods quantitative research including a wide range of demand assessment techniques; he presented at EphMRA 2021 on the topic of calibration in demand assessment for label change research. He is excited by segmentation research and the insights that it offers into physician and consumer motivation and behavior.
Duncan holds a degree in Biochemistry and worked as a research scientist for a year as part of that degree before moving into market research.
