Jane Ayton
Jane brings 25 years of global experience in healthcare to Lumanity. Jane started her working life as a journalist, before transitioning to healthcare strategy, marketing, and communications. Jane has worked across all stages of a product lifecycle, Rx, OTC and nutraceuticals, from prelaunch to brand rescue. She has led consultancy projects globally for over 15 years, working with over 40 countries. Prior to joining Cello Health (now Lumanity), Jane left her role in years GSK’s Marketing Strategy & Excellence team to set up Mash Health, which became part of Cello Health in 2013. Jane specializes in brand strategy and communications, defining winnable propositions, building differentiating brand narratives, and creating disruptive solutions to solve brand challenges. She is a ‘change activist’, focused on shifting beliefs and behaviors among all stakeholders.
