Janet Czachura

Janet joined Cello Health BioConsulting, now Lumanity, in 2008, bringing over 17 years of large pharma experience to the company. Since joining, she has assumed a leadership role for the company's product search and evaluation business, working collaboratively with the therapeutic area heads. She has led development of internal processes and databases which facilitate physician recruitment, and compound and company assessments by project teams, and which allow for rapid development of competitive landscapes and pipelines for L&BD and M&A projects. She also leads a variety of projects including opportunity assessments and strategy work, and participates in projects across a variety of therapeutic areas.

Janet previously spent 6 years at Hoffmann-La Roche as a Manager of Market Intelligence in the Pharma Partnering division, focusing on information management and analysis for Acquisitions & Strategic Alliances. She also worked as a US Regulatory Partner on the Roche FDA filing for Actemra, an IL-6 antagonist for rheumatoid arthritis. Prior to Roche, Janet spent 11 years at Eli Lilly & Company, starting as an electrophysiologist in the Neuroscience division, and subsequently assuming senior associate positions with increasing responsibility in Corporate Strategic Analysis and Research Acquisition.

Janet has Bachelor degrees in Biological Sciences and Psychology from Southern Illinois University. She is a member of the Licensing Executives Society, Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, and Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals.
