As Chief Operating Officer at Lumanity and a member of its executive leadership team, Jen Ma is responsible for driving operational efficiency and growth. This includes process optimization, technology innovation, performance scalability, resource management, and enhancing client delivery frameworks across global business units.

Jen brings nearly 20 years of hands-on operational, project management, and digital production experience, across pharma and other industries. Most recently, she led upwards of five hundred project managers/producers across IPG Health North America agencies.

Jen has also held operational leadership roles at AREA 23, WPP, and W2O Group (Real Chemistry) focused on launching blockbuster pharma and consumer products. Jen displays a proven track record in developing scalable operational policies, enhancing the efficiency of client delivery, and collaborating with business leaders to meet evolving business needs.
