Jordan Cohen MBA, MHA
Jordan Cohen is the Chief People Officer at Lumanity. He is responsible for designing and implementing a talent-first strategy and building a culture of organizational leadership that enables Lumanity to deliver on its mission.
Jordan has over 25 years’ experience in human resource disciplines. He spent much of his career at Pfizer where he helped build the New Product Development organization to turn product launch effectiveness into a competitive advantage. At Pfizer, Jordan also designed and implemented talent-focused productivity solutions. Jordan also led the US HR Department at WW (aka WeightWatchers) through a digital transformation. More recently, he led the Talent, Sales Enablement, Organizational Effectiveness and the HR Business Partners for Technology of a burgeoning adtech firm. He is a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review where he writes about knowledge worker productivity and innovative HR practices.
Jordan holds both a Master of Health Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a recipient of Pfizer’s Upjohn Award for Innovation.
