Josine Kuiper PhD, MSc

As Senior Business Development Manager at The PHARMO Institute, Josine is responsible for alliance management, global business development, and acquisition. Previously, she was Senior Research Manager and gained experience in designing and conducting pharmaco-epidemiological studies in several disease areas for almost 10 years, with the main focus on oncology. She has about 15 scientific publications in international peer-reviewed journals.

She earned her MSc in Nutrition and Health from Wageningen University, with a main focus on Epidemiology. During her study she gained international experience performing a research project at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle. She obtained her PhD from the Erasmus University Rotterdam with her thesis ‘Utilisation of primary care before and after colorectal cancer diagnosis’.
