Marie-Therese Eade
As Client Strategy Director, Marie-Therese leads the Business Development and Client Services team. Marie-Therese is responsible for leading the team in the development of new and established client relationships, coaching and mentoring across the sales and research teams, and shaping external marketing strategy. Marie-Therese supports the cross-functional teams within Lumanity to increase customer satisfaction through process innovations and improvements.
Following a healthcare market research career spanning over 15 years, Marie-Therese moved from research execution into client services to focus on her key strengths of strategic account planning and problem solving to develop stronger client relationships and partnerships. Marie-Therese works with clients across the whole product life cycle, from early market understanding, message and campaign development through to brand health and tracking research; she provides clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech space with the support they need across all stages of clinical development.
Marie-Therese has a BSc degree in Psychology from University College London (UCL) and enjoys cooking, in particular making sourdough, and running – along the river or around after her two small children.
