Marissa Poli
Marissa Poli is President of Creative Strategy and Engagement, part of the Medical Strategy and Communications Global Practice. Before this, Marissa served as Head of Workflow within the CSE team, where she stewarded the team’s operations to ensure they supported clients initiatives – for themselves, for their sales teams, for their customers, and, ultimately, for the patients who benefit from our products. She directly supported clients with complex internal and external situations and served as the team’s internal subject matter expert in learning and training.
Marissa’s professional background is diverse and built from various agency and industry perspectives, including time spent carrying the bag as a primary care representative. This experience has allowed her to connect the dots in the many different aspects of commercialization.
Marissa’s career is steeped in categories with high educational need, which has mostly been centered in rare disease, oncology, and medical devices. She have been involved in sales training programs (launch and advanced skills), commercialization and customer experience strategy, patient education campaigns, and stakeholder engagement/integration planning and programs.
