Mark Haines MBA

Having worked within Lumanity businesses for more than 15 years and as an IT leader for more than 30 years, Mark has an enormous amount of industry and organizational knowledge and experience. As Chief Information Officer he is responsible for the establishment and execution of the enterprise-wide IT strategy and for ensuring integration and alignment with the enterprise’s business strategy and mission. Mark led the transformation of the IT function and workforce, ensuring its focus on delivery to the customer, adoption of industry best practice, and nurturing environment for the IT team. All of this is to ensure that the global IT function supports our people to provide the best service to our clients and facilitates the success and growth of our business. Mark achieved an MBA with Distinction from Kingston University in the UK. Outside of work, Mark loves cycling, cinema, art galleries, and time with his family.
