Mr. Bernstein is an Operating Partner of Arsenal for the healthcare team. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2019, Mr. Bernstein was a Partner of Baird Capital. Previously, he served as President of CAE Healthcare, the successor to METI, and President and CEO of Innovative Health Strategies. Mr. Bernstein has also served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Cobalt Corporation, a Blue Cross Blue Shield holding company, and the Executive Vice President of the University of Wisconsin Medical Foundation where he also served as the President of Physician’s Plus Medical Group.
