Mike Madden

Mike Madden is the Chief Financial Officer for Lumanity and a member of its executive leadership team, where he is responsible for the company’s financial operations and functions. This includes financial strategy, financial performance management, capital allocation, financial services, controllership, tax, treasury, and corporate strategy.

Mike joined Lumanity in 2023 as an experienced finance leader, with over 20 years of global finance and transformation experience. He possesses a proven track record of success with Fortune 250 financial institutions, large multinational, public, and private equity backed companies.

Prior to Lumanity, Mike served as Delve’s CFO, and over the past 20 years has held senior leadership positions with a variety of professional services and other B2B and B2C businesses, including: Parexel, Merkle, Jensen Hughes, Lincoln Financial Group, Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch.
