Nikita Jeswani MBA
Nikita is responsible for new offering innovation, business development, and strategic partnerships for Lumanity’s global real world evidence (RWE) team. She specializes in data source due diligence and feasibility and study design, with special focus on rare diseases. Her efforts have led to successful programs spanning numerous use cases, including synthetic controls, surrogate endpoint validation, clinico-genomic mutation burden, machine learning based disease prediction models, and long-latency adverse events safety studies.
Nikita’s unique expertise spans the globe and the full range of stakeholder requirements for evidence, with her work having meaningful impact with regulators, payers and health technology assessment (HTA) bodies. Her career started in evidence-based medicine consulting at Avalere Health, where she partnered with clients to optimize their use of emerging data types to meet health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), market access, and policy objectives in the US. Following this, Nikita spent several years at IQVIA, navigating the complexities European data access and setting up collaborative RWD networks that facilitate transparency, objectivity and stakeholder engagement as a way to drive forward novel data applications, efficiency, and patient outcomes.
Nikita holds an MBA from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania where she studied economics, chemistry, and healthcare management.
