Pascale Witz is a former CEO and Senior Executive, with 30 years of successful leadership experience in growing and developing healthcare companies in Pharma, Biotech, MedTech, Diagnostics and HealthTech. She was previously Executive Vice-President Pharma Divisions, Sanofi; Executive Vice President Diabetes & Cardiovascular, Sanofi; President & CEO, GE Pharmaceutical Diagnostics.

With a reputation and a track record for operational excellence combined with excellent strategic skills, and an ability to build teams, attract and develop talents, Pascale Witz is a recognized thought leader who has shaped new industry trends such as setting up the first Joint Venture between a Pharma and a Tech company (Sanofi-Verily) to improve health outcomes for patients suffering from chronic diseases.

Pascale Witz currently serves on the board of Fresenius Medical Care, Horizon Therapeutics, Perkin Elmer, Regulus Therapeutics, as well as other privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations. She chairs the board of RTI Surgical, and is chair of the Nomination and Compensation Committee of Insead business school. Thru her company PWH Advisors, she supports CEOs and leadership teams in their value creation journey, and serves as senior advisor to Life Science CEOs and investment firms such as Arsenal Capital Partners.

Pascale graduated with a MSc in Engineering and Biochemistry from INSA Lyon, and an MBA from Insead. She was named a Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur in France (Knight of Honor, the highest French distinction).
