Former Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder, Lumanity

Becky brings 30+ years’ experience in building and leading life science service organizations. She is a career pharmaceutical industry executive with a strong history of building high-performing, innovative businesses. Her broad experience includes leadership positions in public, private, and PE-funded companies. Her focus for the last decade has been building companies capable of optimizing patient access to new therapies via establishing clear and compelling evidence of value, effectiveness, and safety—from early development to loss of exclusivity.

Becky was a founding member of Lumanity and served as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) and leader of its Value, Access, and Outcomes global practice. Previously, she was co-founder and COO of Evidera, a preeminent provider of evidence-based solutions to demonstrate real-world effectiveness, safety, and value. Prior to Evidera, Becky led the global commercialization consulting team at Syneos/InVentiv, led the global neuroscience business at HMR, and launched multiple independent management market consultancies in the US.

Becky received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. She also completed the Hoechst International Management Development Program at IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.
