Rob has led the Lumanity Insight Oncology Hub, a group of US and UK based researchers focused on oncology, since 2021. Over the past 12 years he has worked with most of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies on global pharmaceutical market research. Rob delivers market research that answers a diverse range of strategic business questions throughout the brand lifecycle, using qualitative, quantitative, and social media approaches. Key experience areas include market landscape research, TPP assessment, drivers & barriers, unmet needs, positioning, ATU studies, patient journey (transactional & emotional), and HCP and patient communications (creative concepts, messages, CVA/ detail aids, and patient brochures).
His expertise encompasses both solid tumors and hematological malignancies, with numerous modalities from immune checkpoint inhibitors to ADCs and targeted therapies. His deeper interest areas include lung, breast, and gastric cancer, as well as acute myeloid leukemia (AML). Rob's work encompasses key global markets: US; EU4; UK; Japan and China, with additional experience in Australia and Russia. His market research engagements include multiple stakeholders – oncologists, hematologists, surgeons, pathologists, nurses, patients and caregivers.
Rob has delivered a number of thought leadership pieces, including a podcast on the Inflation Reduction Act with Dr Nancy McGee. He keeps abreast of the fast-evolving landscape in oncology through attendance at ASCO and ESMO.
