Zoe has extensive experience in customer and business insights and analytics, and specific expertise in behavioral science – understanding and leveraging customer beliefs and behaviors.
Her passion for understanding customers and stakeholders and how that should inform decision making at a brand or company level is a key strength in her role as a strategy consultant.
