Peter J. Marangos
Peter leads a team of experienced marketing and communications experts working to build brand engagement, strengthen market position, and deepen connections with clients and industry partners. Peter and his team helped to create and launch the Lumanity brand, and they are responsible for all aspects of external outreach and market engagement to help enable the long-term growth of the organization.
Peter has over 20 years of experience in marketing, business development, product development, and research consulting. He joined BresMed as Chief Commercial Officer in 2020, leading business development, marketing, and internal communications. Prior to joining BresMed, Peter served as Senior Vice President of Go-to-market at MMIT and served for over 13 years at Evidera/PPD and United BioSource Corporation (UBC) in a variety of commercial leadership roles. He helped to create and launch the Evidera brand as head of marketing, and led a team that designed and implemented marketing and thought leadership campaigns that resulted in consistent increases in brand engagement, qualified leads, and sales.
Peter holds degrees in Biochemistry and Economics from the University of California, San Diego, and has experience developing evidence generation strategies, preparing formulary submission dossiers, developing health economic models, and conducting molecular neuroscience and bio-detection research in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He has published in peer-reviewed journals and has presented research as a member of the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research (ISPOR).
