Sarah Martin MBA

Senior Vice President, Corporate Development

Sarah has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with the last 12 years focused on mergers and acquisitions. Sarah has led the M&A function at several sponsor-owned companies executing 15 transactions focused on new market expansion.

Sarah spent a decade on Wall Street in investment banking and equity research covering both the healthcare and alternative energy sectors. Sarah has also held a variety of positions in consulting and market research and started her career as a healthcare consultant for the Department of Defense, Joint Chiefs of Staff, where she held a security clearance.

Sarah has an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with specializations in Finance, Economics, and Marketing, and received a BA in European History from Duke University.
