Strategic Collaborations, Medical Strategy & Communications

Suzann leads strategic collaborations for Lumanity’s global Medical Strategy and Communications practice. She is focused on building new client relationships through a consultative approach, facilitating collaborations across the organization to develop customized service solutions that address critical challenges for medical affairs, clinical development, scientific communications, and commercial teams.

As part of the global Sales and Marketing leadership team, Suzann is responsible for ensuring alignment of all business development activities to Lumanity’s core mission to deliver transformative outcomes to our client partners through the combination of strategy, science, and creative to accelerate and optimize access to medical advances.

Suzann’s career encompasses more than 30 years in the healthcare communications industry, including 25 years in a variety of strategic account management roles in medical communications agencies. Her depth of experience and expertise enables her to connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and challenges, and identify innovative solutions that meet their specific objectives.

Suzann has been actively involved with the International Society of Medical Publication Professionals (ISMPP) since joining as a charter member in 2005, and has maintained Certified Medical Publication Professional credential since earned in 2009. She has served as the Chair of the Credentialing Committee in addition to a two-year term as Chair of the Credentialing Board; she is currently co-Chair of ISMPP’s Advocacy & Outreach committee as the professional organization workstream lead. Suzann has also been an active member of the Medical Affairs Professional Society since 2016.

Suzann holds a Masters degree in Journalism/PR from Temple University (Philadelphia PA) and received her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College (Lancaster PA).
