Strategy Consulting Summer Internship Program

Strategy Consulting blends essential scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial perspectives to help our biopharmaceutical clients navigate the web of complex decisions on the path to market. Our 10-week internship program, starting in June, is designed for rising undergraduate seniors who are seeking broad exposure to and hands-on experience with emerging and leading biopharmaceutical companies. Interns receive practical training in data analysis, primary and secondary market research, and fundamental strategy consulting skills while making meaningful contributions to actual client teams. Creative Strategy & Engagement (CSE) Program

Our Creative Strategy & Engagement initiative offers a dynamic 10-week summer experience designed for upperclassmen or fresh graduates looking to understand promotional healthcare communications. Participants in the CSE internship collaborate on actual projects, overseeing them from start to finish. Interns are assigned distinct responsibilities across common agency roles, such as project management, marketing strategy, content creation, graphic design, user experience, digital engagement, among others. Upon completion, interns emerge with a profound understanding and practical skills in their chosen field, which may open doors to permanent job positions. Interested candidates are invited to submit their applications throughout the year for the next summer session.

Value, Access & Outcomes PharmD Program

Value, Access & Outcomes plays a critical role in helping pharmaceutical companies navigate the complex world of market access, bridging the gap between payers, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder needs to ensure valuable treatments reach patients. Our unique 5-week clinical rotation program for P4 pharmacy students from Farleigh Dickinson School of Pharmacy or Rutgers University’s Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy provides interns valuable industry experience that explores market access consulting through real-world projects, high-level discussions, and connections with senior leadership. Enrollment for this program opens every March through the respective universities.
