Co-creation of a new, organizational Launch Framework Roadmap; Governance Process; Launch Readiness Review (LRR) Process; Supporting Tools / Resources; and associated Activation Plan, to embed the desired change leadership.
The Client
A newly formed International Launch Excellence (LE) Team. Partnership with the International Head of LE seeking to drive increased rigour, discipline and consistency across the organization given over 10 planned launches (new assets; new indications of existing assets) in the next 3 years.
Challenge
Following multiple Internal re-organizations and a significant launch pipeline encompassing new therapy and disease areas; more complex asset “archetypes” and competitive challenges, there was a need to establish a single, new organizational approach to launch excellence planning, governance, expectations and implementation. Co-creation of the approach was deemed critical to ensure organizational awareness and buy-in alongside an activation plan to support embedding and adoption at both above country and in-country levels.
