On 19 November 2021, the MS21 team received a Best Practice award from the Members of the European Parliament (MEP) Interest Group on Brain, Mind and Pain, an initiative of European Federation of Neurological Associations (EFNA) and Pain Alliance Europe.
Sponsored by Merck KGaA and led by a group of international healthcare professionals and patients, MS21 won this award for its efforts over the last ten years to support people living with multiple sclerosis (PwMS) and the people who care for them, in the category ‘ensuring equitable access to treatment, services and support’.
MS21 was developed and is managed by our Cello Health Communications team (UK) and has proven to be a very successful model of innovation for multi-stakeholder engagement, and an industry leading example of excellence in patient engagement and centricity.
